Mental Health Resources

Your mental wellness is a foundational part of your overall health in pregnancy and postpartum. It can be incredibly helpful to turn to community or professional support during times of huge transition like pregnancy and postpartum. Below are some community resources, support groups, and hotlines to support your overall mental wellness. Please speak to your midwife if you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or isolated during your pregnancy or postpartum so that we can help to support you.

Please note: if you experience a sudden worsening of mental health symptoms, you are unable to perform normal daily tasks, or you experience thoughts of self-harm or harming others, please seek immediate medical support.
